Junior Node.js Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, deliver and maintain web services and APIs based on Node.js
• Write clear, well-structured and high performant code
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript ES6 (Async/await, Classes, Arrow Functions, Promises)\
• Hands-on experience with any Node.js framework
• Hands-on experience with MondoDB or any RDBMS
• Pre-intermediate written and spoken English – B1
• Excellent communication skills and proactive standpoint

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with one or several front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience in writing unit, e2e and integration tests on JavaScript
• Experience with any other programming languages: Ruby, Java, Python, PHP
• Knowledge of Git
• Understanding of terms like OOP, MVC, Microservices, Rest, etc.
• Portfolio of projects to demonstrate
