The customer faced declining user engagement due to an outdated interface and difficulty navigating complex music data. The objective was to redesign the entire platform based on user feedback, providing a modern, intuitive UX/UI that enhances usability, streamlines music tracking, and differentiates the platform from competitors.
Although there were no technical blockers, a key challenge was understanding and addressing the needs of a diverse, global user base. Users accessed the platform from multiple countries, with varying familiarity with digital music tracking tools, which required careful interpretation of feedback and analytics to ensure that the redesigned interface was intuitive, engaging, and accessible for all users.
The platform tracks vast amounts of music broadcast data across countries, songs, authors, and radio channels. Designing dashboards, charts, maps, and timelines that presented this complex data clearly and in an actionable format without overwhelming the user was a significant challenge. Azati focused on balancing detail with simplicity to provide insights at a glance while maintaining a modern, visually appealing interface.
Redesigning the entire platform while maintaining the integrity of existing workflows and data structures posed a challenge. Users were accustomed to certain navigation patterns and reporting structures, so changes had to be introduced gradually and thoughtfully. Azati ensured consistency by iterating designs in close collaboration with the customer and continuously validating usability through feedback.
Azati’s specialists were involved in the project as part of the development, design, and project management teams. Efficient communication through the project manager ensured smooth progress, and iterations were presented to the customer for feedback.
User feedback was crucial in guiding the design process. Each iteration was adjusted based on responses from the customer and end-users to ensure the platform would meet the evolving needs of its audience.
The project adhered to deadlines, with tasks often completed ahead of schedule. Any issues in estimation were quickly addressed to ensure the entire team stayed on track.
