RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Elicitate and structure client’s business needs
• Analyze and formalize the software architecture
• Write clear technical specifications for the development and modification of software modules
• Organize and coordinate the project team
• Conduct functional testing of the developed product
• Manage key users training
• Communicate with business representatives: managers, analysts, testers

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of prior experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst
• Experience in technical specifications creation and tasks setting for the development team
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Proactive standpoint, excellent communication skills, and self-management skill
• Knowledge of different software development methodologies
• Strong writing, listening, and speaking skills
• Understanding of the basics of RDBMS (Oracle, MySql), fundamental skills of creating SQL queries to the database
• Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML diagrams
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Understanding the principles of building microservice architecture, agile development
• Basic knowledge in programming
• Knowledge of the UI Design principles
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect
• Understanding of personal data protection
