Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer

Azati is looking for DevOps Specialist who can shape, win, and deliver large deals which require great DevOps expertise. This includes both highly technical system delivery initiatives as well as business-oriented consulting initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the maintenance, setup, and modification of continuous build environments
• Participate in building CI/CD, site reliability, and cloud infrastructure best practices
• Monitoring system and solution performance
• Manage containerized environments (Dockers, LXC, K8s)
• Manage Kubernetes’s cluster (based on OpenShift)
• Collaborate with the development team to define architecture, optimize performance, and right size environments
• Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving product implementation errors
• Overseeing routine maintenance procedures and performing diagnostic tests
• Documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
• Conforming to best practices in network administration and cybersecurity
• Manage communication with stakeholders
• Helps Middle and Junior developers on the team with technical issues and onboard them to the frameworks

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 3+ years of DevOps experience
• Strong Linux skills and have hands-on experience to troubleshoot issues
• Experience in administering Web and Application servers (nginx, Apache, Tomcat, etc)
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud platform (Networking, EC2, ECS, S3, Cloud Watch, RDS, IAM)
• Excellent data analysis skills and the demonstrated ability to solve complex issues involving multiple software or hardware components
• Strong experience with Docker, Docker Compose
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Excellent source control knowledge (Git, Bitbucket)
• Solid experience with GitLab-CI, Jenkins
• Exposure to continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) tool chains
• Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, sh, perl)
• Knowledge of both RDBMS and NoSQL data platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Ability to ensure smooth software deployment by writing script updates and running diagnostics
• Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English – B2
