Middle Database Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain data warehouses
• Develop and maintain ETL processes
• Develop new data processing procedures, maintain and refactor of the existing ones
• Plan and coordinate backup and disaster recovery setup
• Creating Physical and Logical Data Models with large, complex data sets
• Analyze and tune the performance of data processing procedures
• Provide requirements and specifications analysis

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Oracle DB
• Deep knowledge of PL/SQL, ANSI SQL, T-SQL
• Solid experience with SQL execution plan analysis and optimization
• Intermediate written and spoken English – B1
• Agile-minded and ideally follower of Scrum/Kanban model
• Excellent communication skills and proactive standpoint
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with databases deployed on Amazon AWS (Amazon RDS)
• Experience with any programming language like JavaScript, Java, Python
